The Sicilian lemon was fantastic.. it is very refreshing, I have been missing it with my lime seltzer and it tastes better than 7-up....
I have bought lemon vinegar from many places but none is as good as this one. It is smooth enough to drink. I use it on green vegetables, roasted potatoes and carrots, salads, chicken and even fish. I keep a large supply because I never want to run out!

I really like them all, but the Sicilian Lemon white balsamic is without a question, the most consequential and versatile of any of your vinegars. In fact, it’s so important to realize the immense fragrance and citrus of this vinegar, that I begin my taste experience by sipping a bit in the little paper cups provided by the store, drinking just enough to sharpen my taste buds for the food that follows. Believe me, any sautéed or grilled green vegetable tastes so much better with just a sprinkling of Sicilian Lemon. Pasta is perfect with Sicilian Lemon. Just a few sprays of the vinegar on either cooked pasta or cold pasta salad is the perfect wake-up call to get your fragrance and taste buds moving. There’s almost nothing that isn’t better with this wonderful condiment. Poultry tastes bland until I spruce it up with just a few sprays of Sicilian Lemon.
This balsamic is great for a variety of dishes, it adds a hint of acidity with the lemon and a slight sweetness that breaks through spice. I use it when making broccoli and it makes it pop.

Do you think maybe buyers are worried that if they give it the phenomenal review it merits, you'll run out and there won't be any left for them? Horrors! But hardly an overreaction, because your Sicilian Lemon white balsamic is da bomb! In addition to all it's obvious uses, I'm going to try in baked goods, maybe pound cake or muffins.
