Privacy and Returns Policy


In-Store Orders

All food, and gift card sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for food and gift card purchases made In-Store.

Merchandise may be exchanged for store credit - within 7 days of purchase as long as the item qualifies under the return eligibility requirements**. Keep the original packaging, original sales receipt is also required.

Gift items are eligible for exchange only - within 7 days of purchase as long as the item qualifies under the return eligibility requirements**. Original sales receipt is required.

**Non-Returnable products: handmade pottery, Italian pottery, artwork. Please refer to a store associate regarding a particular item’s eligibility to be returned.**

Online Orders

All food, and gift card sales are finalWe do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases made Online. 

To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

We do not offer in-store merchandise exchanges for purchases made online. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In the event that refund is issued a 15% restocking fee will be charged. An original receipt is required.

Shipping charges paid by customer are non-refundable for orders confirmed to be shipped.

Gifts and Build Your Own Gift Collections purchased online are not eligible for in-store exchange.

Damaged in Shipment

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to Georgetown Olive Oil Co. within 7 days of receipt of the product.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at info@georgetownoliveoil.com right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Undeliverable Shipment
Georgetown Olive Oil Co. is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day that it should be delivered.We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact your local carrier for any inquiries regarding your package delivery.

Special/Custom Orders

Special / Custom orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges/refunds.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
