ORDERING

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email that will contain your tracking number - use it to trace your order. Please, allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

To change your order contact us at orders@georgetownoliveoil.com or call us at 202-333-7330 ( Monday-Friday, 12PM-4PM ).

We will ship to only one address per order.

Your order is expected to be delivered within 1-5 business days after the order has been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. *Estimated arrival dates vary based on the recipient's destination and the selected carrier. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee estimated arrival dates for orders. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. Learn more.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address provided for your order. To change/update the e-mail address you entered for an order, contact us at orders@georgetownoliveoil.com *NOTE: the e-mail address entered for an order can be changed/updated only if the order hasn't shipped yet. 

Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by e-mail.

Absolutely - if you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so by letting us know in the “special instructions” field at the end of check out. You can also e-mail us at orders@georgetownoliveoil.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Yes, we can include one customized message per shipping address. To add a message simply select “gift message“ option at checkout.

BUY ONLINE PICKUP IN-STORE

Yes, we do. Order online and skip the shipping fees. No minimum purchase. Pick up in-store at your convenience. Dates and times are available at the end of checkout. Learn more.

We will send you an e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up. Typically your order will be available for pick up on the day/ at the time/ from the location you selected at checkout. Store hours vary by location, so be sure to check the hours for your pick up location before you head out. *If for some reason, any or all of your order becomes unavailable in the store you selected for pick up, we will send you an e-mail to let you know.

Please bring your order number and a copy of your confirmation e-mail ( digital or printed ).

You, unless you instruct otherwise. If you’d like someone else to pick up your order, please provide that person's name at the end of checkout. Make sure the person picking up your order brings the order number and a copy of the order confirmation ( digital or printed ).

We will hold your item(s) for 7 days, beginning from when we send you the e-mail letting you know that your order is ready for pick up. If you need more time, no problem. Simply call the store and let us know when you will be there to pick up the order. *NOTE: We will send you an e-mail reminder if you don’t pick up your order on the date you selected at checkout.

Simply call the store where you’ve requested pick up and let us know you would like to change the order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate this request online. You will have to place two separate orders or order over the phone.

REWARDS PROGRAM

Look to the bottom left corner of your screen on our website -> Rewards Program. Open the tab. Click Join Now for new customers or Log In for existing customers.

You earn points for different actions, you will receive bonus points after you join the rewards program, you also earn points when you place online or in-store orders.

You can redeem points online and in-store and receive various savings offers. To redeem online, Log In to your account, click Rewards Program in the bottom left corner of the screen, then click Your Rewards to view your rewards options. To redeem in-store, just ask our sales associates to pull up your account information and redeem the available rewards.

Yes, you can give your friends a reward and claim your own when they make a purchase.
