Best thing to happen to my cooking

Time in a bottle.

Received our bottle of Mediterranean herb oil. It arrived nicely packaged and in a timely fashion. The taste is unique with a bit of citrus flavor gentle on the palette.
Only thing! I was curious I didn't see a harvest date on the bottle?
