Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our 12 YEAR AGED Premium White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena however it is not caramelized. The result is a crisp, bright balsamic vinegar with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Extremely adaptable, it can be used with any EVOO, as well as with our flavored oils. Perfect for vinaigrettes, dressings and marinades.
