This balsamic is truly one of my favorites. I could have kicked myself when I got home and tasted it on my salads and vegetables - I had wished I bought the 750ML. It’s just the right combination of the tartness of cranberries and sweetness of pear. From now on this and Champagne will be my top 2 go too! You won’t be sorry if you select, already turned two friends on to the both.

Try this: in a jar, with a clean mini-whisk, place a blob of Dijon mustard. Add cranberry-pear vinegar, whisking. Add extra virgin olive oil to taste, whisk until emulsified. (It gets thick and creamy). Season to taste. Toss with baby spring greens, pea shoots, baby lettuces, mint, diced apple or pear, walnut pieces and crumbled goat or blue cheese. Mixed with olive oil on a mixed green salad with pieces of pears and dry cranberries, some nuts if you want! So good.
