It is very easy with our products! Simply, combine oil and vinegar in the same amount (50/50). Shake well and add salt and black pepper to taste.

Great for pizza dough

I make my own pizza dough and this is my go to olive oil. It adds a great flavor to the crust. I also use it when I make pasta sauce. I start with this olive oil. It will not over power your dish either.
