Love this vinegar on salads, bowls and in tofu/tempeh marinades. It's my go-to brand since its sugar content is lower than any other brand I've tried.

Absolutely delicious

My favorite balsamic vinegar was espresso until I tried this flavor. Now this is my all time favorite. It is so good! I mix it with the hickory smoked olive oil for my salads. It’s amazing on toast with goat cheese. I’ve even added a bit to my spaghetti sauce, it’s very subtle but it’s perfect.
