Mild, with a touch of sweet and a lingering tang. I love making pickled beets and coleslaw with this, also nice on roasted Brussels sprouts
Tastes fresh and sweet. Great on salads
I bought this on a whim while window shopping. What a great decision. I love using this to make salad dressing. Pineapple Vinegar, olive oil and a little salt/Pepper (to take it to the next level use Penzey’s Fox Point). It’s especially good with arugula.
Going through it so quickly that I’m buying the larger bottle.
