My favorite vinegar so far. I use it for salad dressings and on ice cream and everything in between. It’s a lovely blend of sweet and tart, and the huckleberry flavor just pops!
I'm eating some as I type this review. A tablespoon drizzled it over raspberries.
It's also a great addition to something you would want to add both acid and a hint of sweetness. I use it raugout and stews.
