The Gravenstein Apple is an incredibly hard to find varietal due to the difficulty farmers have cultivating it. It’s grown in pockets up the coast of Northern California and prized for its amazing ambrosia perfume, and crisp, sweet-tart cream colored flesh.
Our balsamic vinegar is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners, and is naturally cooked and aged.
Shrimp, scallops, salads, roasted vegetables. It makes great vinaigrettes and marinades. Outstanding on grilled meats, and seafood. Use as a finish on pork roast. Use as a glaze, on desserts, or in mixed drinks and shrubs.
