Well they got it wrong! My guess is they never had the delicious balsamic vinegars from Georgetown Olive Oil! Iβve always been a fan of balsamic, but the flavors offered at the store make every meal exciting. When you have to have a minimum 2 cups of vegetables for lunch and dinner salads can get old and quickly. The best way, I know how to make a salad taste different day after day is to change up the balsamic vinegarβs. Iβve even branched out and been eating just carrots, jicama and purple cabbage with just the balsamic on it- love love love it! Itβs almost like a treat so now I buy the big bottle of champagne because I go through it like itβs water. And I am more than happy with the latest addition of cranberry pear, and Spicy citrus habanero. So good and so good for you! Canβt wait to open the bottle of bacon infused olive oil, I see a spinach salad on the horizon!
