Aged Balsamic vinegar is among the most prized of Italian elixirs, crafted from Trebbiano grapes and aged in wooden barrels according to time-honored techniques. The traditional balsamic aging gives this ultra-versatile condiment an intense and very complex flavor. In this box we included 4 balsamics with different flavor profiles, aromas and thickness. They are all wonderful over steak, pork and poultry, added to pasta sauce or drizzled over risotto, or tossed with oil and salad greens.
