12 YEAR AGED Dark Balsamic Vinegar is made from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. It is produced using traditional methods and it has 6% acidity which allows it to pair well with any of our olive oils. Its complex, sweet and tart, flavor makes it a great addition to any marinade or vinaigrette.
NOTE:This is our least sweet, non-infused dark balsamic vinegar. It has higher acidity than the 18 Year Aged Traditional Balsamic and our 18 Year Aged Balsamic Reduction. It's perfect for those who don't like really sweet aged balsamic vinegars.
