AGED Balsamic Vinegar | Modena, ITALY

18 YEAR AGED Balsamic Vinegar Reduction has an extremely complex flavor and shines with wonderful sweet-tart and caramelized undertones. Its extreme density is accomplished by using a century-old Italian method without adding additional sugars, colors, or thickeners.

Serve with your finest cheese plates, drizzle over melon or berries, use as a finishing glaze for roasted meats and poultry, adorn your grilled vegetables, make your dessert swoon. There isn’t any culinary application in which this balsamic won’t shine.

NOTE: This is our thickest balsamic vinegar. It's perfect for those who like syrupy thick and sweeter balsamic.

All Natural, no artificial flavors or additional ingredients.
