it was supposed to be Olea oil. little disappointed for the price

Hi Ric,

We appreciate your feedback!

I understand there might be some confusion regarding “Olea Oil” and “Olive Oil”. Let me clarify this:

“Olea oil” is essentially the same as “olive oil”. The term “Olea” refers to the genus / botanical name of the olive tree. When you see a product labeled as 'Olea oil”, it’s just another way of saying “olive oil”. They are one and the same thing.

Oliea oil - is usually used in labeling cosmetics.
Olive oil - is usually used in labeling food.

Please, let us know if you have further questions.

very smooth, obviously high quality, but way too mild

I can taste the quality of this oil, it's very smooth, goes down easy and would be great on salads and steamed veggies, but it really isn't robust, at least not to my taste. It's slightly bitter and a little bit of pungency, but I wouldn't purchase it again.

Great Olive Oil

Great olive oil! You can really taste the difference that the high polyphenols make. I love it.
