AGED Balsamic Vinegar | Modena, ITALY

18 YEAR AGED Traditional Style Balsamic - this Italian elixir is crafted from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes that are slowly cooked and then aged in wooden barrels according to time-honored techniques. The traditional balsamic aging gives this ultra-versatile condiment an intense and very complex flavor: the perfect balance between sweet and sour, notes of prune, creamy fig and caramel. The end result is a high quality balsamic that pairs well with almost every oil from our selections.

NOTE: This is definitely one of our customers' favorite balsamics. It's not infused, it's sweeter and a little bit thicker than the 12 Year Premium Dark Balsamic, but not as sweet and as thick as the 18 Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar Reduction.

All Natural, no artificial flavors or additional ingredients.

Great for any culinary use - vinaigrettes, marinades, salad dressings. Finish grilled and roasted vegetables and meats, fish, and seafood, fresh cut fruit and deserts.

Any Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Flavored Olive Oil in our Selection.

INGREDIENTS: Grape must, red wine vinegar, naturally occurring sulfites
GRAPE VARIETY - Trebbiano

I only discovered artisanal balsamic several months ago. It’s sweet and tangy and rich and delicious. And low fat and low calorie. Salad dressing: never again.

Excellent Balsamic Vinegar

We enjoy this balsamic vinegar, a favorite of ours. Its flavor is modestly sweet, with a hint of prune and fig. It is not vinegary, as many store-bought products are. The texture is thicker and close to syrup, which is excellent for our use. We mix this with either walnut or hazelnut oil and add it to our salads. We are repeat customers and will continue using this vinegar in the future.

Favorite Balsalmic

This age balsamic is thick, immensely flavorful, and will enhance any dish. I use it daily with salads, grilled meats, and baked veggies. I used to live by Georgetown Olive Oil so walking to pick up a bottle was a matter of convenience. Now I drive out of my way to replenish and buy this for gifts :)

Very Rich Tasting Balsamic Vinegar

Purchased a small bottle of this balsamic vinegar and was very pleased how rich the taste is. Many grocery store balsamic vinegars taste mainly like vinegar. This one has a smooth flavor that is pleasing to the palate. It’s delicious over pasta, in salad dressing or any other dish that calls for balsamic vinegar. I think it’s perfect! I’ll definitely be back to purchase a larger bottle!

The Best

We keep coming back to this Traditional Style Balsamic. It is simply our favorite. Salad dressing made with the Picholine Morrocan Virgin Olive oil, some crushed garlic and the Traditional Balsamic is plain yummy. We are totally pleased with it.
