Return Policy:

  1. Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for unused and unopened items. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

  2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

  4. Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

  5. Exceptions: Perishable or food items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless there is a quality issue or damage during transit.
