2 cups of Georgetown Olive Oil Lemon Cucumber White Balsamic
1 medium cucumber thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
1/2 lemon thinly sliced
8 cups water
In a mason jar, pitcher or container add the sliced cucumber and lemon. Pour the lemon cucumber balsamic, add chilled water. Let the infused water sit in the fridge for few minutes before serving.
Add fresh mint leaves. Serve over ice if desired.
Makes one pitcher ( about 32oz ).
