Really tasty!

I love to pair all of my vinegars with an olive oil for salads. If you like the Cilantro & Red Onions Olive Oil the Honey Ginger really sets it off! It’s absolutely delicious especially if you like red onions.

Honey ginger

After having such a great experience with the cranberry pear vinegar, I had high expectations for the honey ginger. I imagined that it would be great to give my vegetables an Asian fusion type taste. I unfortunately bought the small bottle and was only able to marinate a small amount of my carrots. Overall, I wasn’t able to appreciate the flavors as I did the cranberry pear vinegar. Having said that, I still think it’s a good product. Get the big bottles.
I think that a nice collection will make great birthday gifts for friends.
