My visit this time was better than the time before

The service I received this time was good. The man was helpful. He offered to order tye items not in stock for me. However, the day before and older Caucasian man was working. He didn’t make eye contact. Nor did he offer to assist in ordering items. He had the worst customer service skills I’ve seen on the east coast and that’s pretty bad. He certainly does not represent the company well.
