The best olive oil in the world comes out of Palestine. Whether you are cooking with it or dipping bread in it the savory flavor enhances everything you eat . Some of the olive trees go back centuries, which is why when Israelis destroy them it is such a tragic lose. This oil is something special, the best in the world.

I became acquainted with this olive oil based upon trying some given to my niece from a co-worker who has it shipped to him from his family. Today, I am addicted to it. As a 77-year-old male, in excellent health for my age, I have made it a mission over the past ten years to try every high phenol extra virgin olive oil from every part of the world. One thing an older male cannot safely change is the loss of muscle mass due to declining male hormone. A side effect of this is despite an excellent weight, incorporating Pilates, walking, etc. – a certain amount of body fat resides as stomach fat.
After a month of using this olive oil daily, I noticed several things that did not translate into the many other high phenol olive oils that I have tried in the past or was currently using before this oil.
I felt better and had more energy, I became somewhat full after as little as a tablespoon, my blood sugar held up over longer periods of time, and I completely lost my stomach fat with little loss in weight.
My exercise workouts became longer, I felt stronger, and people noticed the changes in my muscle mass for the positive. On that basis, I give this olive oil 5 stars and then some.
