I first purchased the Pesto Olive Oil over the Summer and used it to make homemade Basil Pesto. It was delicious, the taste was smooth and fresh and I also added a bit of the Basil Olive Oil from Georgetown Olive Oil Company. Although the oil taste as good as it smells, just a couple pinches of salt brings out the vibrant flavor of the Pesto Oil. I also use the oil to sautรฉ vegetables, I mix it in with Quinoa, soups, and homemade oil and vinegar dressings. I can't praise this flavor of Olive Oil enough!!!
