I use as much olive oil as I can every day, because studies show an enormous boost to health from even 2 teaspoons a day, improving as phenol levels go up. Olio Nuovo phenols are massively higher than the next-best oils anywhere, and I've looked at and used a lot of oils. It's also delicious and spicy--I love it.
