Made from native Piemontese white wine Moscato grapes and aged in French oak, this subtle vinegar displays delicate dry and floral notes.  The Invecchiato wine vinegar is perfect for finishing green beans, Provencal-style recipes, and delicate salads.  This wonderfully balanced vinegar is as unique as it is delicious.
