My Go-To for Baked and Steamed Fish and Vegetables
Try this: Chop up one spring onion, throw on top of broccoli florets in a steamer. Season generously. Steam for 5-7 mins. Tip out water, tip broccoli into a serving dish, toss with the lemon oil and season to taste. Serve. Promised: rave reviews.

For salads, I use this oil with lemon juice as the acid. For cooking, using the same oil reduced clutter.
