As I stated in an earlier review, I do like strong tasting, even outright bitter oils. The Koroneiki is not that kind of oil. It is a robust and flovorful oil, not too fruity. It goes well with pasta, I liked it over sardines, radicchio, garlic, and salt.
And it does not disappoint on bread with garlic.
It does not work for me with dishes with soy sauce and ginger.
Overall, it is my second favorite oil from Georgetown Olive oil after the unfortunately unavailable
Cobrancosa.
