I really like using this when I make pizza dough or a French loaf. It really adds that Italian flavor that is not over powering but you can’t get enough. I also use it when making pasta sauce. It is great when you don’t have all of your herbs and are in a pinch. I just love the flavor of this oil. Next I will make a French loaf and use it with some fresh herbs as a dip.
