Order Processing and Transit Times

Order Processing and Transit:

• Orders will leave our warehouse within 3 business days during the non-holiday season. Transit time will vary depending on your location. 
• We offer USPS and UPS. Shipping cost will will be calculated at checkout based on wight. 
• We offer FREE SHIPPING on standard domestic orders of $150+.

We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery on all non food items, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@georgetownoliveoil.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
