- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp black truffle oil
- 1/2 tsp black truffle salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until it's fluffy and smooth.
Add the sour cream, black truffle oil, black truffle salt, and white pepper to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and the dip is smooth.
Stir in the chopped chives.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
