• Mojito White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Rosemary White Balsamic Vinegar
Pour equal parts of Mojito White Balsamic Vinegar and Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a bottle (a small jar with a lid will do as well). The ingredients will stay separated, which will give you an opportunity to see if you have equal parts.
Mix (shake) well, until fully emulsified. You can see the result on the picture below.
Simply drizzle over your cooked lamb - better than mint jelly, lighter and more flavorful than mint yogurt. It can also be used as a marinade for lamb.
