This Limited Reserve Traditional Balsamic is aged up to an even greater extent. Its exquisite and exceedingly rare 1.36 density is extremely complex and bursting with flavor. Made from Trebbiano grape, this balsamic contains less than 1% barrel aged Italian red wine vinegar for pro-biotic effect and is slowly aged in five different casks, comprised of mulberry, ash, oak, juniper and cherry wood.
Serve with your finest cheese plates, drizzle over melon or berries, use as a finishing glaze for roasted meats and poultry, adorn your grilled vegetables, make your dessert swoon. There isn’t any culinary application in which this balsamic won’t shine.
